Optional Modifications to H-Line Gearboxes
Popular optional equipment and modifications are available to H-Line reducers to meet the exact specifications of your installation. Below are some examples of modifications incorporated into our standard design units.
H322
The addition of a H.S. shaft mounted fan, increases the thermal rating of the unit.
H252
This unit was supplied with a custom designed baseplate, in order to accept the mounting of a motor and coupling guard.
H453
The addition of a motorized lube system allows for an even oil flow to all the bearings. Components include check valve, y-strainer, motor & pump, flow indicator, relief valve, and pressure gauge.
H253 ITAM
This unit incorporates a special design low speed shaft, with upgraded bearings for increased overhung-load capacity. In addition, it also has a motorized lube system with an oil to water cooler for increased thermal rating.
HV-203
This is a vertical shaft design unit. The housing has been modified in order to re-position the input and output shafts into a vertical orientation. It also has a motorized lube system to irrigate all bearings with oil.
